Oven Cleaning Process
When our technician arrives to clean your oven, firstly they will confirm your requirements and carry out a full inspection of the oven.
Before beginning work on the oven we will protect your flooring and any nearby areas with protective sheeting and blankets ensuring that all areas are left clean and tidy following the oven clean.
Our technician will strip down the oven where possible by removing the shelves, interior, self-cleaning panels and the fan guard (you would be surprised how much grease builds up behind the guard). These parts then go into a specially designed heated cleaning tank, built into our bespoke trailers, where the grease and carbon deposits are removed.
Whilst the heated system is working, our technician will now concentrate on the shell of the oven where the caustic free solution is applied to the interior of the oven. Using our specialist tools all burnt on carbon and grease residue is completely removed. The doors are also removed and taken apart where possible to clean between the glass. The oven is completely degreased and the interior shelves etc. are re-assembled with all the clean fittings. To finish it off the oven is polished so it is looking clean, fresh and like new.
You can use the oven again as soon as we are finished.
Cooker hobs and extractor fans can also be thoroughly cleaned, so a complete oven cleaning service can be provided for all your cooking facilities, including changing of filters and bulbs etc.
Our technician will then show you the clean oven to ensure you are happy with the results. We care about our customers so we do ask if you would complete a quick customer satisfaction questionnaire, (you can post it back to us if you would rather not hand it back to the technician) - it is really important to us to have feedback. As we are a family run business we think it is good to be able to give any positive feedback to our team as well as any areas that could be improved upon.
