Acceptance of your order
Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order.  Acceptance will only take place when we dispatch the product(s) that you have ordered from us.
Supply of your email address for correspondence shall be required with each order.
All products that you order through the Website shall remain the property of The Company until we have received payment in full from you for those products.
If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this in writing (including email) and, if you have already paid for the product, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

Delivery (including delivery charges)
Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the product ordered.  Each product has a delivery price however certain bulk orders may be able to be dispatched at a more economical rate therefore please contact us directly with your order and we shall endeavour to reduce the delivery charges where possible.
International orders shall be subject to an increased shipping cost which shall be calculated following your order.  Payment of the shipping cost must be received prior to dispatch of the products.
Delivery will be to the UK or international address specified in your order.  If no one is available at a residential or other address at time of delivery and the items cannot be delivered through a post box or secure location a note will be left to advise of a failed delivery or whether your order has been left in a safe location ie with a neighbour etc.
All risk in the products you order9including risk of loss and or damage to the products0 shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
